In presses, the torque generated by the electric motor is transferred to the flywheel with belts. The task of the flywheel is to generate the rotational motion required for pressing.
The rotational motion generated by the flywheel and the angular velocity is transferred to the eccentric gear or crankshaft with the gears on the upper group. The eccentric gear or the crankshaft transfer the motion it receives from its gears to the connection rods and the rods turn it into a linear movement upper or lower.
All mechanical malfunctions that can occur in eccentric presses can be caused by many reasons other than the material fatigue. In the event of failure, we aim to offer the most optimal solution for our customers, taking into account the cost, accuracy, and deadline in necessary interventions. In all our work, we carry out product development services in order not to encounter the same malfunction again or to provide a longer product – life cycle.
