An overload caused by a stuck that may occur on the die when the eccentric press is operating can seriously damage the die and the machine. Hydraulic or mechanical overload systems are the safety systems on eccentric presses. Hydraulic overload systems stop the motion transmission by breaking the connection between the head and the upper group through mechanical pressure with the help of valves. It regulates and protects the system by getting in and out of many circuits, and it has a long lifecycle. In mechanical overload systems, the motion transmission is interrupted with the mechanical pressure. It is a disposable system. We design and manufacture insurance systems for many brands and types of presses.
Overload systems are a critical protection solution designed to enhance press safety and reduce the risk of damage caused by sudden overloads. In high-tonnage press applications within the machinery & metal industry, safe operation and production continuity are of great importance. Properly designed safety systems protect machine equipment and dies, reducing maintenance costs. Controlled system activation also increases operational safety and contributes to the sustainability of press performance.
